Kevin ChaffinKevin Chaffin was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997, and has since gained admission to practice in all Federal Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Kevin graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology in 1994. He went on to graduate with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1997, where he appeared on the Dean's honor list, served on the Pepperdine Law Review and earned the American Jurisprudence award in Civil Procedure.

Kevin's practice areas include litigation, employment law, wrongful death, serious personal injury and insurance bad faith. During his 18 years of practice, he has successfully represented clients in numerous jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Some of Kevin's cases have received national, state and local media attention, leading to numerous appearances in newspapers, on radio, and on television programs such as CNN Headline News with Nancy Grace, CBS Evening News with Katie Couric and Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer.

Outside the practice of law, Kevin Chaffin has been involved in non-profit charitable work. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors for Project Understanding, an organization dedicated to assisting the homeless and underprivileged of Ventura County. Currently, he consults for the Board of Directors for Step-Up Ventura, an entity serving the educational and developmental needs of children of homeless families.

Kevin traces his roots to the oil fields of Ventura County where he worked in Oil and Gas Production and Supply prior to attending Pepperdine University.
